Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders totaling $40 and above only in the lower 48. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii, will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Some oversize items like digital console pianos are only available for local pickup or local delivery, for exceptions , please call.

For anonymity, some items may be shipped in a different carton than the manufacturer's original package.

Regarding In-Store Pickups.

When you order an item to be picked up at any of our locations, you will need to present your ID and the credit card you used for the purchase. 

Regarding Local Delivery

Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. We will contact you to give an ETA before we deliver.

Items are packaged safely according to the carrier standards.
