This cutaway acoustic-electric Grand Auditorium is built to inspire players of all styles and skill levels with a gorgeous aesthetic, rich, clear tone, and welcoming feel.
Back and sides of layered Hawaiian koa are paired with a solid Sitka spruce top to deliver a vibrant response with clear highs and warm lows. The sleek Taylor neck, featuring neo-tropical mahogany and a Crelicam West African ebony fretboard, makes holding notes and chords a breeze for any player, while built-in ES2 electronics offer faithful amplified acoustic tone.
It’s all wrapped in a gorgeous shaded edgeburst treatment that elevates koa’s natural beauty, making it a pro-level instrument at an attractive price.
Standard specs include a 25-1/2” scale length, a nut width of 1-11/16”, and a Venetian cutaway. Appointments include white binding, a three-ring rosette, 4mm dot inlays in Italian acrylic, a faux tortoiseshell pickguard, a shaded edgeburst around the back, sides and top, and a thin (2-mil) matte finish that optimizes the acoustic resonance.
The guitar ships in a Taylor structured gig bag.
